    League Format<\/h3>\n

    1. Schedule & Seasons<\/h3>\n

    The Sunday League runs across three annual seasons (16 weeks each):<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Fall:<\/strong> September \u2013 December<\/li>\n
    • Winter:<\/strong> January \u2013 April<\/li>\n
    • Spring\/Summer:<\/strong> May \u2013 August<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      2. Match Times & Capacity<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Time Slots:<\/strong> Matches are held at 5:00\u20137:00 PM, 7:00\u20139:00 PM, and 9:00\u201311:00 PM.<\/li>\n
      • Scheduling:<\/strong> The organizer will use a rotating schedule to ensure all teams play in alternating time slots throughout the season.<\/li>\n
      • League Size:<\/strong> The league is capped at a maximum of 66 teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Match Play & Scoring<\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Nightly Play:<\/strong> Teams play two matches<\/strong> per night.<\/li>\n
        • Match Format:<\/strong> Each match is a Best 2-of-3<\/strong> sets.\n
            \n
          • Sets 1 & 2:<\/strong> Played to 25 points (capped at 27).<\/li>\n
          • Set 3 (if necessary):<\/strong> Played to 15 points (no cap).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Self-Officiating:<\/strong> All matches are self-refereed. If teams disagree on a call, the point is replayed (reserve).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            4. Time Limit & End-of-Round Protocol<\/h3>\n

            An audible signal will sound at the end of each 2-hour time slot.<\/p>\n

              \n
            • In-Progress Sets:<\/strong> The team leading when the signal sounds wins the set. If the score is tied, one deciding point is played.<\/li>\n
            • Third Set Exception:<\/strong> To win a third set after the signal sounds, a team must have at least 5 points<\/strong>. If neither team has 5 points, the match is recorded as a tie<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              5. Tiered Movement<\/h3>\n

              At the end of each tiering period, teams will move based on total points:<\/p>\n

              • Promotion:<\/strong> The top 3 teams<\/strong> in each division move up one tier.<\/li>\n
