Not ready to commit? That’s ok, even when you don’t have a membership, you are still able to use the facility! You won’t enjoy the same benefits as members, such as discounts on everything we offer or advanced booking privileges, but you can still have an amazing pickleball experience, the way the sport is intended to be played.

To maintain fair and competitive play, many of our leagues and events require a verified **DUPR Rating**. Don't have one? Our coaches provide complimentary assessments for all new members to ensure you're matched with the right community.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my monthly membership?
Yes, monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice. There are no long-term contracts for our monthly recurring plans.
Does membership work at both locations?
Absolutely. Your EPC membership is universal. You can book courts and join programs at both our West and South Edmonton facilities under a single account.
What is the guest policy?
Members can bring guests. Guests simply pay the standard public court rate portion for their spot on the court, while you enjoy your discounted member rate.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase. Monthly memberships require a 30-day notice for cancellation. Program registration refunds are available up to 48 hours prior to the event start time, minus a 10% administrative fee. No-shows for court bookings are subject to the full court fee.
