At our West Location, athletes spend the full 2 hours entirely within their specialized position, receiving focused and intensive training tailored exclusively to their chosen role on the court. This dedicated format ensures maximum repetition and personalized coaching attention across all positional groups — whether attacking and blocking, setting, or libero and defensive strategies. With no crossover into whole group sessions, West Location athletes benefit from an immersive positional experience designed to accelerate their development and take their volleyball skills to the next level.
